REFLECT Programme Manager

Dawn has a degree in Theatre Studies and started her working life as a stage manager. A job as drama assistant at Washington Arts Centre brought her to the North East twenty five years ago, and she has never left!  Since then Dawn has worked as Arts Development Officer in North Tyneside and Arts Officer in Gateshead.  An interest in Arts in Health work resulted in Dawn co-ordinating Common Knowledge. A three year regional Arts and Health Initiative which drew together the different perspectives of artists, health professionals, teachers, local government officers and the voluntary sector. Together they devised and delivered health interventions. Most recently Dawn has spent two years as Programmer for Creative Partnerships North and South Tyneside bringing together school communities and creative partners.
