Ticket Prices

Tickets for most of our performances start from as little as £7.  Prices do vary according to event so please check at time of booking.

Group Bookings - For many of our concerts, you can book ten full price tickets and receive the eleventh ticket free.  We also welcome coach parties.

Ticket Office Terms and Conditions

We make a £1 handling fee per transaction for concert tickets booked online, over the telephone, or by post.  You can book as many tickets as you like in one transaction and still be charged only £1.  People buying tickets in person will not be charged the handling fee.  Please note that this charge does not apply to our Learning and Participation classes and workshops.

Please buy tickets through our website, our Ticket Office, or our official agents: we cannot guarantee that tickets bought from touts, or other websites will be valid.

We reserve the right to refuse any ticket holder admission to a performance or event or to our building and auditoria. Please ensure all mobile phones and pagers are turned off. Photography and any kind of recording is strictly prohibited during performances.
All of our performance spaces offer high levels of acoustic excellence and even the slightest sounds seem louder in these conditions. We ask your help to minimise noise levels that may be disturbing to other patrons and ask that sweets and snacks with wrappers are not taken into the auditoria. If you are suffering from a cough or cold on the day you have planned to attend a concert please ask to be reseated close to the exit doors to ensure you can exit easily from the performance or event in the case of a persistent bout!
The Sage Gateshead reserves the right to make adjustments and alter programmes, special offers and incentive rates at any time as we deem appropriate.

Ticket Exchange and Resale:

We are happy, where possible, to exchange tickets for another performance.  This performance must be within three months of the date of exchange and the exchange must take place at least forty-eight hours prior to the start of a performance. There will be a £1 admin charge for this exchange service.  We regret that no refunds can be given. Tickets returned for sold out performances will be resold whenever possible.
